SUNDAY SKILLS-n-DRILLS HOCKEY CLASS
The Sunday Skills-N-Drills Class has been around since 2005 and is one of the most successful Ice Hockey programs in Malaysia!
The class has had over 300 hockey players from Malaysia and players from all around the world including Canada, USA, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, Iran, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, etc….
It is one of the most comprehensive skill development classes around and has taught many players the necessary skills to improve and move up to the next level.
Typically the classes are designed in 10 week blocks and focused on specific hockey skills. For example:
- Passing & Receiving Series
- Shooting & Scoring Series
- Power Skating Series
- Stick-handling Series
- Backhand Shot Series
Each class is conducted in 4 stages:
1. Warm Up Drills
2. Skill Drills Stations (Skating, Passing, Puck Handling, Shooting, etc)
3. Flow Drills
4. Small Area Games
DATE: Every Sunday (updated JAN 2023)
TIME: 9pm – 10pm (1 hour)
VENUE: Sunway Pyramid Ice Rink
AGES: Open to all ages
SKILL LEVEL: Completed Learn To Skate program
PRICE: RM50 – RM60 (depending on the number of players)
